Poor customer service for online purchases

I ordered a fossil bag online on the 13th of March 2023. The bag did not arrive. I received sms’s from RAM courier and they stopped on the 18th, when I called I was told the delivery van was hijacked. I have called Watch Republic for the update which they promised me, no one is contacting after several calls made to them. Their customer service is pathetic. NEVER BUY FROM THEM ANYMORE.
