Poor customer service and denying with my refund from Watch Republic

I wouldn't advise anyone to buy anytging from Watch Repubkic. They have a very poor customer service. I purchased a watch end of January only to realize that the watch is not working when it was delivered,I lodged a return,nedt thing I was told they can't source my watch I can only get a refund,to this date I haven't got my refund of my hard earned money they've been taking me back and forth with different stories everyday
