Pathetic service

I took my watch to get a battery repair, the staff at Watch Republic atterbury broke the glass of the face of the watch and promised to get it repaired. Its been almost 3 months begging for my watch back and they have no sense of urgency or responsibility for the inconvenience they have caused. I have to be the one constantly calling and getting an update. Pathetic and disgusting service.
