Pathetic Service

I have been trying to exchange a watch now for 2 weeks - have emailed requesting for someone to call me back on numerous occasions - I receive an apology email stating someone will call back shortly and still nothing - sitting with a watch that is too big. All I want to do is exchange it for a watch that fits - nothing complicated about that but to get someone to assist is what the issue is - pathetic service actually!
