Pathetic service

I’ve been trying to purchase a Fossil Gen Smart Watch. In November 2021, there was a Black Friday deal which they advised that there was no end date for the promotion. In December when I wanted to purchase it they did not have stock and advised that they have an alternative deal for me. They advised that they will generate a 40% discount. When I have requested that they generate the discount they have advised that they cannot honour the deal. This is really pathetic from their side as they are affiliated with international brands but cannot honour deals that they have given customers as options. No reasons are provided just apologies that’s not going to help anyone.
