Order not delivered
I bought a watch from them on the 28th on Friday and today is the 1st of April and I still haven’t received my order. They are sending me from pillar to post when I call to ask about my order.

Having looked at your order request, It shows your order was placed on the 28 March 2025. The time your order was placed, our warehouse was closed and we do not work on weekends. Also please note after our call on the 01April 2025, I did advise that your order was with the courier whereby I provided you with a tracking number.
Please advise if need any further information? Alternatively, you may contact your courier for more details.

02 Apr 2025, 07:33If we have provided you with a tracking number, It means that they have collected and scanned it in. We cannot provide a tracking number without them scanning it.

If anything… you should be clearing the confusion for me that why is watch republic saying my order is not with them and Pargo also saying my order is not with them. That’s what you should be resolving right now. Instead of engaging into a back and forth conversation with me. They need to take you for customer service training AGAIN cause you clearly don’t know how to resolve queries. Instead of attending to my problem you are here arguing
