ONE YEAR AND STILL NO ORDER!!!

I have officially been waiting for my order for over a year, from the 4th of June, 2021. After spending thousands, I received my watch but the wrong size strap that I bought for another watch. I exchanged the order for another strap and was in constant communication with Kay-Lynn from Watch Republic. It took 5 months to tell me they no longer have stock of the replacement watch strap, after having to ask where my order was. So I chose another strap and now 7 months down the line and still nothing?? So its been over a year and now my emails just get ignored. Is this the best service you can offer??? I expect this to be resolved with compensation otherwise I'm reporting you to the Trading Standards!
