No delivery after a month of waiting and only receiving automated responses.

Very poor customer service and response.

I ordered a watch more than a month ago and still haven't received it. Every time I inquire about my watch i just receive a automated response. This is worrying due to the fact that a large amount of money is being paid for a product and the customer gets no feedback regarding the status of the order. Not being able to be in contact with any staff and only receiving automated responses in very frustrating.

I would not recommend watch republic to anyone due to there poor service and lack of responsibility.
