I ordered a watch online in May

I ordered a watch online in May. I chose delivery via Pargo - Edgar’s woodlands bouvelard in Pretoria. I then decided that I no longer wanted the watch - I called watch republic and the consultant advised that the watch will be booked for a return from Edgar’s to Watch Republic. That was in June. Since then I have been sending numerical e-mails regarding the refund. Today I received an e-mail from one of the consultants stating “ I spoke to my team and they advised that you collected the watch on the 10th of July”. I have never collected the watch and it’s been 3 months now that I am waiting to be refunded. I have decided to institute legal action by obtaining all calls made to WR by myself via section 205 of the ******** Procedure Act.
