Horrible service

At first i bought a fossil wallet, it started peeling off a week later, contacted them to report they told me that they only refund or repair items that are reported within 7 days. I was shocked by the double standards of the company policy while our orders gets delayed all time. Fast forward i don't know why i went back but i did orderd a watch on the 7th of May 2024 wanted to gift someone on their birthday on the 16th of May 2024 but till this day i haven't received any tracking information of my order, just confirmation of my order on the same day i ordered ,tried emailing them but they never respond.
