FALSE ADVERTISING

tried buying a watch through watch republic based on their Fossil friday sale. special watch value R2999 and going today for R899 I tried from the morning and it keeps giving an error. spoke to an online consultant that first told me that the watch is out of stock even though i added the watch to my basket and went out by mistake therefore i had a problem. i tried again in the afternoon and it still shows in stock - took a screenshot of this and sent it to them and they said i should refresh my screen, this did not work and it still wont add to my basket. i called them and they said they have escalated the matter and will get back to me. i feel this is false advertising as if the product was not in stock then from the morning this should have showed as OUT OF STOCK.
