Either ******** or *******!!! WATCH-REP-ORD-10746

I ordered two Fossil watches on the 28th March 2020. I received my Payment Confirmation via E-mail, so I have the evidence that I paid. I mailed Watch Republic to find out when I will receive my watches, no reply. I tried phoning them on the *** number with no answer. Starting to think this company is a **** and a bunch of *******. I logged into my Watch Republic account to see if I can perhaps get some information and see that my order have been canceled, however they still took my money (R1798.00). I received an order number as well.

How do I go about of getting my money back seeing that Watch Republic decided they don't want to send me my watches and would rather cancel my order without notifying me.

Really poor service and I would not recommend them at all!
