Don’t buy from Watch republic

I will never buy from Watch republic again!! I bought a watch on the 6th Nov. The watch arrived on the 12th Nov and then I requested a return and for it to be collected on the 17th Nov. The courier has still not come to collect the watch & it’s the 23rd Nov. They’ve said the courier will come three times, no one ever arrives. What’s going on? At this stage I doubt the watch will ever be collected for returns and it’s a Christmas present. I cant buy another watch until I return this one and get a refund. I constantly buy from Superbalist, Take a lot, Zando, One day only & Runway sale and I’ve never had a problem with a return.
