Dont buy a fossil watch

Terrible service at your east rand store... To start off I purchased a fossil coachman which is not a cheap watch.... After 6 months one of the pins on the strap had broken due to bad quality... Now the straps stitching has come lose and the strap needs to be replaced. The worst of all is that your fossil store east rand mall and east gate do not have stock. I am then told that they may receive stock this week but they do not know what they will receive... When I ask them to order for me I am told that it can take up to six weeks to arrive as its coming from cape town. Are they using horses to travel from Cape town as this lead time is absolutely ridiculous. I will never buy another fossil product again...
