Dishonest

This company just ****med me out of my money. They promised me an exchange of an item and will credit me the difference. There's proof of their replies to me on this site "Hellopeter " but yet it was all a lie. Now I'm sitting with an item I don't want and they blocked my account on their site so I can't do a return.
