Disappointing service

I purchased an Emporio Armani watch online. It was delivered in good time, however I was very disappointed in what I recieved. I logged a return on the 9th December 2024 and I received an email from Mikail Khan stating that the request for was received. It stops there. I've emailed him asking him for details about the return and recieve no feedback. I logged another return and received the same email stating the same. There is no response to my other emails

Hi Varsh, Im really sorry to hear of the disappointment you have received in the delay in having your order collected. Once a requested is submitted, we send it off to the courier for the collection to be done. Having looked at the email thread, I last advised that the collection request was received and the courier advised that they will be doing the collection. I am not able to to track when they do the collection.

Please accept my apologies for this delay.
