Customer service down the drain

I ordered a watch on the 29th Nov 2021. It was delivered on the 6th Dec 2021. However I was not happy with the item and have been trying to get a return done for the item since the 7th Dec. Emailing 3 different people , sending over 5 emails back and forth to each of them. A total of approx 15 emails sent to date and still no return or refund done. Each person gave a different procedure to do the return and yes they do ask you to select a date for collection but DO NOT keep to it. It is a load of frustration and terrible customer service ordering from this site. Note I still have the watch in my possession and still no response as to when it will be collected. Absolute pathetic company!!!
