With 105 negative reviews, is it even worth complaining? I placed an order but changed my mind within an hour. Sent several emails and finally got someone via a call instead. An exchange was promised to me cos order did not leave. I'm yet to receive a confirmation email to that effect and now my account is blocked so I can't check the status of my order. Sent emails again but no response. I'm R835.00 out of pocket cos I was ****med by Watch Republic

I did a purchase as a guest buyer cos your site is so *********** that it didn't allow me to log into my created account. Now I can't get back in to view my order. Furthermore I have been trying to call all morning and I'm first in line for the last half hour. No answer.

If that is your courier company, there has been no communication. I forwarded my address to you in private and also to Thulani from Fossil SA. This is so unprofessional of Watch Republic that communication is via Hellopeter complaints platform.
