Bad service on fixing watches and responding.

I have a Michael Kors Runway watch that I bought in 2012. I had the glass repaired in 2016 and they scratched my watch on the inside. After a straggle and 2 months waiting to get my watch back etc I have managed to sort it out. That was my first problem.

Now the dial for the 9 and 11 have came loose (I don't understand how it can happen, but anyway) and want to send it in for repairs, but after emailing and phoning head office a couple of times etc to found out how much it will cost and how long it will take to fix this simple problem they only rep**** after 1 month with still no answer, just telling me I must send it to them.

Finally the Tygervalley shop could assist me with a time frame. They told me it will take up to 1 months or more to fix the dials. The watches is not cheap but the service I get from them and the time frame you have to wait is ridiculous . This makes me want to not buy any brand watches from them again and I will not recommend them to anyone.
