BAD SERVICE

i did a payment for a fossil my bank account was debited immediately hence i did not receive a email with an order number when i called they asked me for an order number which they have not provided me ,now i want to follow up on my delivery no feedback from them I left messages and mailed them numerous times still no feedback the phone just rings and no one picks up their number provided .
