Bad delivery service! Bad Communication!

I had the absolute worst experience. I ordered 2 watche and one was delivered but the other one keeps being returned to the warehouse. When I enquire , I keep getting the same tracking link ive been using. Considering that I've been waiting WEEKS for my order yet only one is delivered yet I ordered that at the same time. I will never buy a watch from them ever again. I'd rather go to a store k owing that I'll actually get my product in time. For all I know they couldve lost my watch, coz there's no communi action I'll never know. I'm not the o of one who's experiencing problem and they're still promoting and selling even though they fail to deliver
