Bad customer service

They have very bad customer service and delayed responses. I bought from them and I had to collect my order at a pick up point which I didn’t get when I got to the pick up point, I then proceeded to reporting the matter to them via mail and it’s been “under investigation” for over a week now, how as I as paying customer must wait while they sort out their mess beats me honestly. Absolutely appalling
