Bad customer service

I received very bad customer service at Woodmead watch republic the staff are not considerate at all. My husband bought me a watch and I wanted something a bit different.They refused to exchange because I didn’t have a receipt but I had all the proof and the stapped booklet .They even remember my husband .We didn’t want a refund we only wanted to exchange
