Annoyed and highly irritated

Im so annoyed i have ordered a watch about 2 months ago it was for my girlfriends birthday and I still haven't received it! I have tried numerous times to get in contact with the team from watch republic but no one even tried to me i even called ram to track my order and it wasn't with them! Then i got a call about two weeks ago advising me that my watch will be delivered in a week but unfortunately it still haven't been delivered! With this i will not ever wanna order from watch republic again!
