I ordered a messenger bag on Watch Republic which the site clearly shows that it's supposed to come with a shoulder strap. There was no shoulder strap. For returns the site allows you to choose a date for them to collect the return, I chose the 29th of November. The messenger bag was only collected on the 7th of December. There was no feedback for the rest of the week. After two frustrating follow up emails regarding the delay of the delivery of the new bag the "replacement" was delivered on the 17th of December. It was delivered again without the shoulder strap so I don't know what the expectation from Watch Republic is. How am I supposed to use a messenger bag with no shoulder strap or handle? I give up and I've had enough.
