Please be cautious

I recently placed an order with The Watch Foundry South Africa and paid by card. I am posting this to warn others to please do your own checks before purchasing.

Since making payment, I have had difficulty getting a response from the store. I also tried to verify the physical address listed on their website, which points to Table Bay Mall in Sunningdale, Cape Town, but I have been unable to verify a physical The Watch Foundry store at that location.

I have also been unable to find independent customer reviews or an established online history for this particular website.

I am currently trying to resolve my own order. I am not making any allegation about the business beyond my personal experience and what I have been able to verify — I simply want other potential customers to be cautious and investigate before making payment.
