Rude taxi driver

At baragwanath there's always patrol cars patrolling but they don't check some of their taxi drivers come to pick up commuters drunk. Today was in quantum taxi which is blue in colour HF 60 the plate number and the driver was very rude. Speeding all the way to Island . He didn't respect us at all . Something really need to be done about such drivers.
