Bin hunting after dirt collection

<p> I have an issue with my bin not being brought back to my house after collection of dirt. This is an ongoing issue and I find it to be unacceptable. We have to search for our bin every Friday after collection. What really makes me angry is the fact that all my neighbours bins are put back where it was found. Please can this issue be resolved as I too am a paying client.</p>
