No Customer Care

<p>The branch in Kinghsburgh ( Winkelspruit ) the service is so bad , The customer must look for Material , The staff does not come to You to ask , what type or what job You got to do . </p> <p>Then , they dont keep material for longer than a day . If You want to make up somethinmg for 50 people , but You must get the Sizes to see how many material will be needed, You must buy the material and then see how many You will use. </p> <p> </p> <p>I had to make up some stuff for a customer , but was waiting for the quantity and sizes, the staff at Waste Centre Fabrics saw that the material is selling fast , so there won't have a prob. if they keep the roll one side for Me untill I know how many is needed , " but they keep it one side , only for a day " </p> <p> </p> <p>When i got the quantitys and sizes , most of the fabric wass sold out , I went to Hillcrest branch to get the last that is left . </p> <p>There i spoked to the MAnager , then He gave Me the Branch Manager's contact details . </p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned him , explain everythinh , and there I was also told " Material can only be kept for a day unless paid in full ) </p> <p> </p> <p>I assk if he can look aat his other branches for some more , the reply back to Me was " there is nothing left at their other branches "</p> <p> </p> <p>So I asked " Cant they contact there Surplier and find out if They got some stock " </p> <p> </p> <p>Untill today , no feed back on that , and I still need some more fabric . I brought about 25meter and need about another 30 meter of that same material . </p>
