Worst laundry experience ever!

<p>I recently required a professional ironing service. Via an internet search I got hold of Washr, who undertook to collect and deliver my (already washed) clothes for ironing. The clothes were delivered some days later, but with three (expensive) shirts and one pair of (expensive) trousers missing. When I reported this to Washr's David he advised me not to worry as this happened regularly, that he was in the process of changing his service providers and that my lost clothes will be found and delivered. Which to date has not happened. In fact, David subsequently passed me on to his service provider Amanda, who admitted receipt of my clothes, claimed the listed clothing left her premises and that if some items were missing, that I had probably lost those items myself! Several phone calls and SMS's ensued, most going unanswered. To cap it all I received an e-mailed survey from Washr this morning requesting me to rate their services on a scale of 0 to 10. When I tried to tick "0" a message popped up informing me that I had already completed the survey. Which I hadn't. In short: unprofessional with zero accountability.</p>
