DON'T use this laundry service in Cape Town!

Part timers, completely ruined my laundry and then blames me, the customer, for not telling them EXACTLY how to clean the item! Will not even replace the damaged item, which was a mattress topper made of wool and silk, which came back lumpy and shrunken. They blamed me, the customer, for sending instructions like "need to take special care with this luxurious item". They just stuck it in a hot cycle and pressed the green button! One of the worst companies to deal with in Cape Town! The owner, David, will waste your time with "getting back to you" - and - "completely understands because he wouldn't want this to happen to him" and "let me find out where it went wrong" blah blah blah. This was nearly a year of back and forth.... They should not be in business, don't believe whatever story he comes back with . They picked my laundry in a little rust bucket (which had to have the boot held open by a 4 by 2) and then delivered my laundry a week later after me having to chase them up. Still charged me for this service. NO offers of a refund and I've lost over R30,000 worth of an item. DO NOT USE WASHR !!
