Washbay only wants to clean "clean" cars

I took a picanto to the Washbay car wash at the Welkom Square this morning. I told the lady at the car wash that I am in no hurry for the car and that I will fetch it in the afternoon since I knew that the car was very dirty. When I went to pick up the car the lady was very rude and unprofessional by saying that she did not actually wanted to clean the car since it was looking like a ***sty and she will never clean the car again. I asked the lady what type of business she is then running if she doesn't want to clean a dirty car and then she complained that her workers had to spent more time on the car while other cars was in the cue. I told the lady that I will report her on Facebook as this is extremely poor customer treatment. I placed an article on "Welkom koop en verkoop" Facebook page. There were more than a 140 comments of other people that complained about the same bad service before the admin of that page removed my post. On my personal Facebook page I already have more than 58 shares and more than 43 comments of people again complaining of the same bad service from the Washbay car wash. I think the whole of Welkom and the Goldfields need to know about the poor and rude service that many of us are getting from the WASHBAY in Welkom. They actually only want clean cars to clean as many people commented on my fb profile. So stay away if your car is anything but clean and you do not want a rude response from the owner.
