VERY BAD TONE, RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL

The service is very bad in terms of the tone and manner of addressing customers , the reception /she mentioned she is the owner who does not talk to clients in a professional / respectful manner.

The tailor and or people responsible for the work are friendly , but the lady at reception is honestly so rude and she gives you an attitude of I don't care.

I have experienced her talking to a man who said , he takes his laundry there often, the way he was spoken to I did not like it but I did not know until it happened to me and they kept my clothes for 2 weeks without the job being done.

I was trying to put my point across and she just left me stuttering said she need to attend to a client I must just collect my undone parcel.

Its like she know nothing will happen to her take it or leave it, she is very RUDE and its not the first time I experienced this with her.
