Damage - Car wash \washes hands"of responsibility"""

Took my car to the Wash E Moto situated at Walmer Park shopping centre in Port Elizabeth on Sunday 2015/04/26. After I collected my car and only once I got home, I realised that a large section of the top coat of paint on my front left bumper had been lifted off. The entire bumper will need to be resprayed. After realising what had happened, I immediately returned to the car wash to inform them and request how I could go about putting a claim in. The 2 men on duty proceeded to inform me that they had no authority to help me and gave me a number of the owner Nick. I phoned Nick from the car wash and he said he could only help me on Tuesday as Monday was a public holiday. He said his manager Hein would contact me first thing on Tuesday morning. After no one had contacted by 10 am on Tuesday, I tried calling Nick who did not answer but when I sent him a Whatsapp, he immediately rep**** with Hein's number saying I should contact him (why could he not take my call?!). I then phoned Hein who advised that they could not help me and it's my problem - they apparently have no insurance. He did not even have the decency to contact me to let me know. Disgusting service!
