say to me that I have not payed

On the 25 of november I piad for my clothes to be washed dry and ironed I paid cash and asked for the promotion if I pay cash like always I come to fetched my clothes after a thew days the manager told me that the system is not picking me up that I haved paid it was 93 rand and I asked the manager that I pay always cash and that she gave me discount liked I asked as the custome she said to me suddenly that she was charging me full price and I said to her the manager at wash and dry cleaners close to the normal spar and I asked her how can you do that and she laughed at me I said to her I cant handle this now please hello pieter I was there for 2 years with good service and now this so now it looks like I still owe that company that money but the matter of fact I paid her and the tender at the till didnt produce a slip for me that I have paid and when I asked the manager about it she says this slip she gave me is not faled and they dont print a slip and give it to the customer the print that slip and just tiek me on the system so they are giving no proof of payment to the customer can you Hello Peter assist me in this matter
