If I could, I would give them a zero rating

On the 11th of December 2023, I placed and paid for my order. On December the 12th it was collected by Rhenus Express courier service and I was sent a tracking link. I kept on tracking the parcel hoping that it would arrive before Christmas as this was a gift. The parcel was sent from George to Joburg to Pretoria(where I live on the 18th of December) just to be sent back to Joburg and then George(19th of December). After multiple attempt of contacting Warthog and Rhenus, I finally got hold of Rhenus. Rhenus provided me with feedback that Warthog requested to package be returned to them in George. Why??? ********** service and a Christmas gift ruined. The order I placed, quite a large order, was intended for as a Christmas gift for my brother visiting from overseas. He flies back just after Christmas, and the fact that Warthog is unresponsive in any way of communication (phone, email) paint a bleat picture that I will have my parcel in time.

Thanks for nothing, will not recommend this local company.

Actually don't want their product anymore, just want a refund.
