Lack of accountability

My Daughter went there 3 weeks ago and there was a burglery in 2 of the rooms .They claiming they have a top notch security in the country.They stole 7 phones including my daughter new iPhone, they failed dismally to take accountability . They told us ( parents) the police spotted a location 45 minutes away for 1 of the phones and still waiting to get a warranty to search, I never knew such emergency case need a warranty.We never got any communication from them ,I personally got a lot of emails note that apple is suspended , I tried riching out to my child without any luck 😭I knew there’s something wrong because my daughter always greet me first thing in the morning when she is away from home. This happened in early morning around 4 and my daughter gave me a call around 3pm with her friend’s phone because she saw there’s nothing happening since they were told to keep quite and never tell parents. We approached our Children school principal after the camp because they were quite too, Principal wrote them an email , I was so disappointed by their feedback ; first statement was : according to your staff and learners this camp was success.They went on mentioning schools they hosted other schools with success and those schools have done bookings for next year 2025 already.Regarding their questionable security they said:” the security did see a small person jumping from the window “ but they couldn’t help, the culprit just vanished.They further claimed they told the children to leave their phones at home , to me that insinuates they know their security is not top notch , who on earth can go for a week without a phone,especially a 16 year old, these kids are responsible and love their things. please parent be carefull, Am not worried about a phone now , it is what it is, no compensation from them it’s okay it can be replaced . Am just thinking what if the culprits ****d my Girl?what if they were kidnapped ? What if they were killed?? Am really disappointed by their lack of accountability.
