Beware Jono Smith and Aluminium Warrior Group!

After replying to an advert on facebook by Jono Smith for re fill of thatching i was quoted and paid a deposit, a sub contractor was sent to my house, i was told to speak to him about adding chicken wire and do so, once the re fill had been completed i pointed out that i was unhappy it was not done properly, the main reason was to cover the wires and instead they had cut the wires and useded less thatch, the sub contractor promised when they came the following time they would fix it and begged me to pay the outstandng and a deposit for chicken wire and in good faith i did. When they returened they refused point blkank to fix up the re fill and was told i accept it as is and let them put chicken wire on or they are leaving. i contacted Jono who assured me it would be sorted out. I was then threatened and ***ually harrassed by this sub contractor SAndries to a point where he threatened to show up at my house and show me! Jono then promised he would get guys out to come fix this mess and every week is another story, the last one being his guys had a heavy night and could not show up and the next week they did not bother to show at all. I have now been told by Jono that i would need the sub contractor to come sort this out!!! I looked up Warrior Aluminium Group and Jono when selecting someone to do this job, i dealt with them not some shady contarctor, why now when there is a problem must i go via someone else? And especially someone i do not feel safe having in my house! I think they should step up and do the job right or stop trying to make a quick buck off of subcontractors and not own the responsibility when things go wrong!
