Warrens phamarcy discriminates

I give this Company a one star because of the attitude that I received when I went in to purchase some medicine.

These people that serve at the medicine counter in that Phamarcy made me feel like I had leprosy. On Friday the 20th I was standing in the line waiting my turn to be served. In front of me was a white lady and she was being served by another white lady. Behind me was a white man.

There was 3 people in total that was serving however there was no customers except myself, this white man that was standing behind me and the black man and woman standing behind the white man.

For some reason I didn't understand until later on. The other two assistants was just walking around while this lady was assisting this white woman. When the white woman was finished and walked out, all three disappeared for a while and left us standing there, came back and again walked around in circles. Even a fool could see that they were avoiding me.

The medication that I went to buy was for my brother and was pain ****ers due to back pain from lifting heavy at work. After few minutes of walking around each other with no one calling me hence they couldn't just call the white man behind me, one of the assistant left the counter. The other one went and pretended to be working on the Computer while this white lady tried to look busy also on the Computer.

I say the other pretended to be busy because as soon as this white woman called me eventually, this male assistant immediately called the white man that was standing behind me. As soon as he called the white man, the black man and woman that was standing behind this white man commented because they saw how the whole thing played out. Their comment was that they have noticed from other places also how white people discriminate against blacks as if only black people has the coronavirus.

The assistants at Warrens phamarcy made me feel so bad that I walked out of that pharmacy feeling small and like I had the worst disease. What's worse is that these people know me because it's the only place I purchase my medication from but, I told myself that I will never set my foot in their Phamarcy ever again and what I'm writing here is what I tell my people too in a word of mouth.

This incident happens two days after I went to buy medication including first aid items. The cashier rang the wrong amount. The total amount of my items was 551 rands and the cashier rang just 51 rands. They called me to say the cashier made a mistake. I could have said I don't have the money hence I thought I paid for the items. I didn't even check the receipt until they called me. I went in and paid the 500 rand that was not deducted. I didn't give them a hard time. I expect them to treat me with at least dignity yet they treated me like I was the cause of Coronavirus.
