BAD WORKMANSHIP: SEAN (WARREN GROUP (PTY) LTD, REGISTRATION NUMBER ***), RENOVATION

BAD EXPERIENCE: I have paid SEAN (WARREN GROUP (PTY) LTD, REGISTRATION NUMBER ***), RENOVATION, R7 400.00 to install an awning (a steel framework with polycarbon sheets) at my townhouse in October 2018. The WELDING IS POOR, he has WELDED HOLES in the steel framework. The PAINTWORK IS POOR as there are HUGE SPOTS on the steel framework which HAS BEEN MISSED AND NOT BEEN PAINTED. Overseeing the PLANTS THAT HE HAS DESTROYED AND WELDING BURNED ON THE TILES. He has drilled holes in the descending and ascending areas of the polycarbon sheets WHERE HE WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO DRILL HOLES IN. The polycarbon sheets are LEAKING RAIN WATER EVERYWHERE. A STRUCTURE OF POOR WORKMANSHIP. I have since and on three occasions requested Sean ( ********** ) to phone me in order to remedy. He said he will, but HE HAS NOT PHONED ME.
