Non-delivery of paid order

On 23 January 2018, our company placed an order with Warren Chem (now called Brenntag). We paid the next day. To this day (23 February), we have not received our goods. We've phoned and emailed numerous times and get evasive and conflicting answers (if we get any response at all), no offer to assist or return payment.
