Warmbad Auto Electrical: Daylight *******
On Behalf of Ludwig Simon:
I took my vehicle in to Warmbad Auto Electrical, November 2022. Francois assisted me. I have a Dodge Nitro 1997 Model. It needed a service, and there were parts to be replaced, because it was having trouble starting. One of the items was the heat lamp. I paid R4000, up front, for the service. I paid R3000, as deposit, for the repairs. That is a total of R7000 paid out. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I contacted Francois regularly, as my vehicle stayed there. Months passed. First it was this thing and that, coming from far or difficult to find. Continued delays. Then, it became harder and harder to find him. He stopped messaging me or replying. May, this year, 2023, I collected my car. Nothing had been done, and Francois was nowhere to be found. He STILL has my key, 2 covers for my engine AND my battery. I sent him a Whatsapp, which he read. No response. I have lost 6 months of use of my car, having to take taxis and ask for lifts. I am STILL missing parts of my car. I have lost R7000, with no recourse. No one could give me my missing items, on the day. I STILL have to fix my car. Surely this cannot be allowed? Surely Warmbad Auto Electrical should be brought to book? I am an African man, originally from Namibia. I may not speak English or Afrikaans as well as the rest of you do, but please do not assume that this informs you of my intelligence. I am a skilled individual, and employed at the company I work at, for many years, because of my unique talents. I will not be treated this way. Francois has ****** me, in broad daylight. I want my money back AND my missing items, and I am prepared to go as far as I have to, shouting my complaint, until my R7000 is returned to me. Warmbad Auto Electrical should be held accountable to all the clients that they have treated like this.
