Somehow when you meet an estate agent for the first time you feel like you are just a number, I met Zander Worster and he made me feel welcomed he made so easy create a good working relationship, even though I'm difficult and would be extremely damanding he finds a way to calm me down. His very subtle in his approach, he respect the next persons view point more so he understands the challenges of dealing with BIG LANDLORDS. I've laughed, Cried and I've been frustrated so many times. Most importantly I've learned so much the past few weeks from him.
