Wardens Cartage does not want to help, acxident!

I had an accident with a Wardens Cartage truck on 8 January 2016. First of all their driver tried to drive away. He blocked the traffic. The next he did when I pulled him over was to close his doors and windows. I contacted Desmond and Rozen/ Rochen at 11H32 they just passed the buck. They said someone would call me the 12January 2016. Today is thursday 14 January 2016 and no one called me. I phoned Ricardo and he said someone will contact me. How do they not know what is going on in their company. Why do they not follow procedure. Why do they try to get away from the accident. Why do they not want to help. It seems like they want to hide something or not pay. THE TRUCK DID NOT FOLLOW HIS PRESCRIBED 3 SECONDS BEHIND ME AND BUMPED MY VEHICLE FROM THE BACK WITH HIS BULLBAR. SO WARDENS IS IN THE WRONG.
