Frustrated citizen

Their reckless driver bumped my car on the national road in March, then the company assigned their insurance constantia to pay me for the damages in September we reached a payment agreement and I signed it the insurance promised to pay me in 14 days but until today no payment and they're not responding to my calls or emails. When I contacted the truck company they don't provide any feedback. I don't know what to do now because my car is not in a good condition and they have pictures. Bonginkosi Ntombela.
