Terrible mechanic, terrible business practices

Absolute dishonesty and zero ethics. They convinced me to tow my car to their premises instead of nearer Harrismith. Then failed to do eceb the most basic faultfinding despite me phoning every week to find out what was going on. Finally got an answer my engine was completely ceased. Went to collect same weekend hoping they were open as calls were not answered and they demanded R7k for storage for the time they would not look at the car plus an additional rate for taking us to the car rental place in Harrismith based on distance from Warden and not from Harrismith where they were supposed to take the car to before convincing us its better and cheaper to take it to this 'great' mechanic . After being held at ransom refusing to release my car, turns out engine is fine except that the warden 'mechanic' overfilled with oil and failed to put a charged battery on the car. In fact, nothing he said was true in the end, hope he is better with trucks and buses. Also note that they refuse to give you terms up front and claim they "forgot" them at office but never send them and dont respond to calls, all part of the ****?!
