This the email I sent them,, they ignore and call me to demand money and when I tried to explain my case the lady is rude and threatened this kind if people cause suicide

With reference to the subject matter

I would like to make a payment arrangement for this account. I would also like to inform you as to the reason I failed to adhere to the agreed contract.

I have family issues and financial constraints which made it difficult for me to make payments on any of my accounts. I am over indebted and have more that 8 accounts sending me similar legal threats.

So please guide me as to a way forward with regards to this account.

I earn a salary of R10623 after mandatory deductions from the employer.

Since you have access to my personal and credit details you would notice that at the time of the dispensing of the credit I was already over-indebted. The available information will indicate this as my credit history displays poor repayment.

Despite the fact the information displayed on my credit report and numerous deductions from my bank account and payslips. I was not aware that when I entered into this agreement that I would have to repay such a huge interest as I was just told to intial and sign to get the loan, initially I was declined but the persons assisting me overturned that outcome somehow. So please guide me with a way forward
