WAPPOINT is NOT a good company i app**** for the machine which I stopped along the way because I didn't want to use it anymore
WAPPOINT is NOT a good company i app**** for the machine which I stopped along the way because I didn't want to use it anymore. they deliver the machine without me paying so they want me to pay r2000 for they machine that i never used and did not pay for it to be delivered to me. i told them to come and collect they machine since 2021 now they are saying i have to pay which I don't understand.

I see our accounts team has been in contact with you regarding the return of the device many times since it was sent. It was originally sent upon receiving and approving your application and contract but as you did not meet the payment obligations, we have tried to obtain the device back from you since May 2021. Once returned, we will provide you with a refund.
