Im a small business relying on craft fair trading, so i need a reliable credit card facility. Ive been with Wappoint for over 15 years now, and, despite other options being available, I am loyal to them . This is purely because the staff are so wonderful. There's a helpline which is manned 24/7, and they ALWAYS answer the phone quickly. This means that if you are struggling with any situation, they can help you immediately. (Which is more than many other companies can do) The only time we had a problem that they couldn't resolve was when Nedbank went offline, apart from that one time they have been great. Im quite a difficult customer to keep happy, but they manage to do it! So i would certainly recommend them.
