No filters for Nilsfisk Buddy II 12L

<p>I bought a Nilfisk Buddy II 12L and bought a box with 2 Nilfisk Buddy II 12L filters for future use. When I wanted to replace the filter on the unit, I noticed that they do not fit as they are too short. Contacted my local Nilfisk branch but was unsuccessful, contacted Nilfisk South Africa and informed them about my predicament. I was told that they are working on the problem with the filters not fitting on the Buddy II 12L. I have contacted them numerous times after that without success. My question now is, who are going to be held responsible if my vacuum cleaner fails due to dust/debris in the motor because I can't get the correct filters for the unit? Who do I contact or what to do next???</p>
